Dave Knox:

As a brand marketer, venture investor, and startup advisor, Dave Knox bridges the worlds of the Fortune 500 and entrepreneurship. The intersection of these two worlds is the subject of his book, Predicting The Turn: The High Stakes Game of Business Between Startups and Blue Chips, which was named the Grand Prix winner of the 2017 Atticus Award. Dave is the former Chief Marketing Officer for Rockfish, a widely recognized digital innovation agency that was acquired by WPP, where he also served as the Managing Director for WPP Ventures. Prior to Rockfish, Knox was a seven-year veteran of Procter & Gamble, where he was instrumental in the digital turnaround that led to P&G being named to AdAge's Digital A-List.

Dave was named to the iMedia 25 Class of Digital Innovators, by Cincinnati Business Courier as the CMO of the Year in the inaugural C-Suite Awards, and as a 40 Under 40 by both AdAge and the P&G Alumni Network. Dave is a frequent keynote on digital innovation and disruption, including appearances at SXSW, TEDx, Back End of Innovation, NRFtech, Brand Innovators, AdTech NYC, and the iMedia Summit.

He is the co-founder of The Brandery - one of the top 10 startup accelerators in the country. Dave is also a Managing Partner in the seed fund Vine St Ventures, and an advisor to Bullpen Capital, Glasswing Ventures, and Hyde Park Venture Partners.

 

Eric Lowe:

Eric Lowe has spent the last eight years working in the healthcare space as a business consultant and owner. Eric’s talent set is multi-faceted stemming from his legal education, entrepreneurial experiences, and business acumen. He has helped countless physicians with everything from contract negotiations to insurance credentialing, practice management, and revenue cycle management. Additionally, Lowe has expanded his support for physicians to reach as far as staffing, website construction, and marketing.

Eric has continued to expand his service offerings at Commonwealth Billing, his revenue cycle management company, to help physicians and medical practices increase their collections through ancillary revenue stream opportunities. Eric’s core competencies are grounded in his ability to create novel solutions for healthcare practitioners to increase revenues while providing better patient service. These efforts have provided him many opportunities to work with major healthcare systems, regional hospitals, and serve on numerous advisory boards to some of the largest independent practices in the area. His innovative and pioneering efforts in the healthcare forum have allowed him the opportunity to provide integral research and statistical data to the Medvoucher team to ensure pricing transparency for both physicians and patients.

 

Thomas Huhn, MD:

Thomas Huhn (Tom) brings 13 years experience as a physician executive, coupling the science of medicine with business. Tom received his Medical Degree from the University of Kentucky in 2002. Huhn completed residency in Emergency Medicine, being nominated to the prestigious honor of Chief Resident his senior year. He is board certified in both Emergency Medicine and Addiction Medicine, and has over a dozen publications in medical journals and textbooks and has presented at national conferences. Tom spent several years formally teaching medical students, physicians and physician assistant students in both University and clinical settings. He has served in executive roles such as Chief Medical Officer, Chief Executive Officer, and Medical Director for numerous healthcare groups. Tom’s expertise in financial analytics, growth, and development have led to positions on the advisory board for several healthcare companies in the Southeastern U.S., and he has been a key member in negotiating regional and national contracts for the network of services his group provides. Tom’s innovative and creative strategies have allowed him to obtain agreements to provide healthcare for some of the nation’s largest employers.

 

Pat Smith, RMC, RMM:

Pat Smith is the founder and owner of MD Billing Services, LLC and its affiliate, MD Consulting, LLC in Winchester, Kentucky, both multi-million dollar companies. Pat has been working in the medical field since 1968 and has set up over 40 practices in different specialties, having success at every level and helping those practice flourish. Pat is very knowledgeable in all facets of medical practices and has expertise in both practice management and medical billing. Smith has been the keynote speaker at educational seminars for ARHCP, QRS Paradigm, and the Kentucky Academy of Family Practice. She served as an expert at the Medicaid Oversight and Advisory Committee in Frankfort, Kentucky, charged with ensuring Medicaid recipients receive medical services that are reasonable and reasonably priced. Pat is a trusted expert in the revenue cycle management space and is a key advisor for multiple governmental figures and healthcare executives. Pat brings more than 50 years of experience in the healthcare forum and is a constant source of knowledge and information, which has become integral in the development of the Medvoucher platform.
